START EARLY

How many times have your heard someone say, “I wish I knew then what I know now”? Reflection of my past entrepreneurial activities confirm that I would not have made half the mistakes I made if I knew then what I know now. Some of my failed business would have succeeded. This program is therefore targeted at Teens and Young Adults – laying the foundations and teaching skills that will be essential for their future success before they take their first step into their first job or business.

School curriculum require certain subjects to be covered – Maths, English, Sciences, Languages, etc. After extra-curricular activities and preparing the students for exams, teachers do not have time to teach anything else. Leadership skills are at best taught during a 5 day camp for the Student Leaders.

I believe there are 2 legacies we can give our children – their roots (so that they know their heritage and culture) and their wings (to fly and find their own purpose). Mark Twain said, “The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why.” This program therefore encompass 2 distinct areas of learning:

• Flight School – the curriculum focus on subjects such as Practical Financial Literacy, Emotional Intelligence, Human Behaviour, Confidence, Communication, Leadership and more.
• Maxwell Leadership iLead – a values based, outcomes driven program that will provide a foundation that could set them up for meaningful and sustainable success.
