Refunds & Returns
Thank you for purchasing our digital products and solutions. We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us.
However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we generally offer no refunds. However, we will refund under the following circumstances:
1. Non-delivery of the electronic product
Download issues due to our website server problems, issues originated from client’s e-mail service provider or unzipping difficulties. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within 7 days from the date of the purchase. A digital product is considered received and downloaded if no claim was submitted. For such requests, we will issue refunds within 7 days from the date of the purchase.
2. Digital Product “not as described”
Such issues have to be reported within 7 days from the date of the purchase. A detailed, clear evidence must be provided with proof that the purchased and delivered digital product is “not as it is described”. All objections based purely on the customers’ false anticipations or desires do not meet the requirements for refunds.
3. Major or Critical Defects
We test every single digital product before it is uploaded for sale on the website. However, unforeseen defects can surface from time to time. Claims for such errors must be submitted within 7 days from the date of the purchase. We reserve the right to correct such errors within 3 business days. If no remedy is supplied then the customer is entitled to receive a full refund on the purchase the following day.
4. Change of Mind and Product Not Yet Downloaded or Accessed
If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded our product(s) or our product(s) have not been installed at your site we will happily issue you a refund upon your request. Refund requests made after you have downloaded our products are handled on a case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within seven (7) days of your original purchase.
There are no refunds on any of the following services:
- Coaching, mentoring and consultancy services are non-refundable. However, you may cancel such services with a notice written 30 days in advance.
- Hourly and customer support contracts are to be paid in advance. There will be no refunds for pre-purchase contracts. Unused time in your hourly or support contract can be used for credit towards upcoming work or towards the purchase of our online products.
- No refunds are offered on deposits or payments for abandoned or dormant projects. The cut-off time for abandoned or dormant projects is 30 days.
